This book has been my savior with my experience with the gluten-free, casein-free diet. As most of you know, two of my boys have been diagnosed with Sensory Integration Disorder. This book explains everything you need to know if this diet needs to be a part of your life. I use it everyday, and it is filled with many delicious recipes that my boys will eat.
